If so you will be the hands-on marketing leader that drives qualified leads to our high-growth, entrepreneurial, creative video agency. This is the perfect role for the jack-of-multiple-trades who understands that marketing is about making an impact rather than checking the box.
You will develop and execute a marketing plan that results in our business growth consistent with our target market. Your job will be to find and deliver the right mix of marketing methods to maximize ROI of dollars and time. Methods will include social media, video marketing, SEO/PPC, lead funnel management, etc.
This is a role with uncapped earning potential for the entrepreneurially minded marketer who wants to work in a high-growth creative agency and doesn’t mind working hard. This is not a marketing theory position, but we are looking for a scrappy, find-a-way, results focused person.
Qualified candidates will have 4+ years proven marketing expertise, work collaboratively with other team members and have execution experience using a variety of tactics, and will be able to prove they understand outcomes, analytics, and hands-on problem solving. Experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot or other sales automation, lead generation and funnel management software is required.
