As the Marketing Manager at DHD Films, you will be the guiding force behind our brand's strategy, voice, and presence. Leveraging your leadership abilities, execution skills, and strategic acumen, you will shape the brand's overarching narrative and promote its values across various channels. This role involves not only enhancing our brand's stature but also driving sales through innovative marketing campaigns that resonate deeply with our target audience. Your stewardship will ensure the DHD brand remains cohesive, consistent, and compelling across all communication channels.

You will work with the Head of Sales & Marketing, forming a dynamic duo to strategize, set key performance metrics, and ensure the overall success of our marketing endeavors. The Marketing Manager will also work with a skilled in-house team proficient in graphic design, motion graphics, video production, and web development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership for all marketing endeavors, shaping the brand's trajectory and impact
  • Adopt a hands-on approach, directly executing marketing initiatives from inception to fruition
  • Strategize, supervise, and assess the performance of marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital platforms, and events
  • Foster cross-departmental collaborations, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with overall company goals
  • Drive market intelligence initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging opportunities for brand growth
  • Oversee the creation of top-tier marketing materials, ensuring strict adherence to our brand guidelines
  • Pioneer thought leadership efforts, raising our brand's voice in industry conversations and key events
  • Command the brand's digital presence, from social media strategy to website optimization
  • Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience in the marketing domain
  • Prefer at least 2 years of video production experience
  • Profound expertise in various marketing, analytics, and digital tools, including Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and CMS
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Mastery in content creation and editing, with meticulous attention to detail; AP Style proficiency is a plus
  • Proven project management skills with a record of delivering complex marketing tasks on time and within budget
  • Outstanding organizational, strategic planning, and team leadership abilities
  • A data-driven mindset, coupled with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights
