CASE STUDY: ONT AIRPORT IDENTITY FILM

Ontario International Airport (ONT) was looking to undergo a huge brand refresh upon gaining independence from LAX. The goals of this identity film were to exhibit the airport’s unique personality, heavily convey their #SoCalSoEasy slogan, and to differentiate ONT Airport from the nearby, internationally known LAX Airport. Additionally, the spot needed to casually and humorously reference the common mix-up between Ontario, California and Ontario, Canada. These four main goals were leveraged to create a lasting, unmistakable brand identity that would propel ONT into the next phase of operation, above and beyond its competitors.
