A graduate of PLM with a Bachelor of Arts in mass communication, Toni launched her career in the business process industry, where she built a strong foundation in client service and corporate support. She served as a Client Relations Associate at global firms such as IBM Daksh, Citibank, and American Express, developing deep expertise in executive assistance, relationship management, and operational coordination across international teams.

Before officially joining DHD Films, Toni was affiliated with Athena, a premier executive support firm that partners with high-growth leaders. It was through Athena’s collaboration with DHD Films that Toni began supporting the Chief Success Officer. She quickly became an important partner through her precision, reliability, and calm under pressure.
